Usage, priced in the open

Tenants pay no fees

No admin, referencing or renewal fees to tenants: the Tenant Fees Act applies and the agent enforces it as a rule, not a preference.

Contractor costs at cost

Repairs are charged at the contractor's quoted price with the quote, the invoice and the completion evidence on your case record. No mark-up hidden in the number.

Messages and calls included

WhatsApp, text, email, webchat and the telephone are how you deal with us. None of it is metered to you.

Contractor money, tenants' rent, deposits and other client funds are held and paid under the client money rules, apart from our fees. Every payment request names the payer, the amount and what it is for, and is reconciled against the provider's confirmation before anything proceeds.
